Football:  Kindergarten to 6^th Gr. (cannot turn 13 prior to August 1^st)

Cheerleading: 4 years old to 13 years old

Live Sign-ups & Fundraiser Pick-up

Wednesday, May 22^nd, 6:00 pm-7:30 pm at Baer Memorial Field

Wednesday, June 19^th, 6:00 pm- 7:30 pm at Baer Memorial Field

Open May 1^st – June 30^th $10 late fee July 1^st-July 7^th

Registration Fees: $90-1^st child, $50-2^nd child, $30-each additional child

Mandatory volunteer requirements and fundraising are required. (Buyout option available for fundraising.)

PIAA physicals and a copy of the player’s birth certificate must be provided for football. Physical forms can be found on our website
